There are six fractions for sale and these offer
use of the property for eight weeks split into two four-week periods.
All fractions run from Saturday to Saturday except the fractions that
own the Christmas and New Year holiday period. Here days will be
allocated each year to ensure that there are at least 2 days after
Christmas Day and before New Years Day.

BREAKDOWN AND SPEC SHEET
The grid shows the dates on which the weeks commence each year. Weeks 2, 47, 48 and 49 are maintenance / management weeks and will be adjusted for Christmas and New Year. We have not introduced date rotation but owners can notify the management company should they wish to rent their time or change with other owners. (Please note that owners who rent their time or allow friends or family to use the property remain responsible for its upkeep).
